Shipping cost within the United Arab Emirates is AED 17

Delivery duration to United Arab Emirates is 2-3 business days

Returns:

If you wish to return an item, it must be within 14 days of receipt of the product.

Contact us at info@malota-bcn.com to request a refund and we will take care of:

• Send an email with the order number, reason for the return and affected items.

• Pack the article with its corresponding labels.

• Choose if you want us to pick up the package, after payment by bank transfer of the shipping costs or contact a transport company authorized to do so.

• The product must be delivered in perfect condition, otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

• Sale items (Outlet) cannot be changed.
