Política de reembolso
The customer has 14 days from receipt of the order to request an exchange.
To request it, the customer will have to place a new order. This order will be returned, which means that the courier who delivers the new garment will pick up the one you do not wish to keep.
In order to do this, please contact our customer service team at email@example.com and we will tell you the steps to follow.
Once we receive the garment to be returned, we will proceed to refund it.
The customer has 14 calendar days for any economic return or exchange after receiving the garment at home. This date will be the one stated on the delivery note. Shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.
During this period you will have to send the return by courier to our warehouse at the following address: C/ Prats de Molló 4, 4-4 08021 Barcelona
Remember that the items are under your responsibility until they are received in our warehouse. We therefore recommend that you send the garment by courier. We are not responsible for the reception of packages outside office hours.
The item must be in its original condition and packaging. As well as with all its accessories and tags. No exchanges or returns will be accepted for garments that do not meet these conditions or have been worn. All garments will be inspected upon receipt.
Return and exchange costs are to be borne by the customer. MALOTA BCN will not accept any item cash on delivery. If the garment has a defect or there has been an error with the shipment, after checking it, we will proceed to collect the garment in question and we will send a new garment of the same or similar conditions, if we do not have stock of that product for replacement, the order will be refunded in full.
Shipping costs will always be paid by the buyer, except in the case of returns due to defects. In the event that the garment has some kind of defect, the time to communicate it via email at firstname.lastname@example.org is 24/48h from the time the order is received.
Once the garment has been received in our warehouse, and after approval, you will receive the amount of the returned merchandise in the same form of payment. The estimated time is between 3 to 15 working days, depending on the receiving bank.
However, you may exercise your right of withdrawal by requesting the form provided by MALOTA BCN by e-mail email@example.com.
For returns outside the 14 days and up to 30 days after receipt of the garment, the customer may request a coupon with the value of the returned garments. MALOTA BCN reserves the right to refuse returns sent after the deadline, or garments that are not in the same condition in which they were received. In this case, the products will be sent back to the addressee freight collect and no refund will be made.
