If you want to return an item, it must be within 14 days of receiving the product .
Contact us at info@malota-bcn.com to request a refund and we will take care of it:
• Send an email with the order number, reason for the return and affected items.
• Pack the item with its corresponding labels.
• Choose if you want us to pick up the package, after paying the shipping costs by bank transfer or contact an authorized transport company for it.
• The product must be delivered in perfect condition, otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
